powerful tool. That's why XTRAS makes available to real estate sales
associates and attorneys general education seminars on home ownership
related subjects such as radon, mold/moisture intrusion, and water
testing. Not only do participants go away with a greater understanding
of the subject matter; they are also better prepared to answer the
inevitable client question "what do we do now?".
Naturally, at some point most clients will require or desire more
detailed information and direction. In that light, XTRAS is available to
all your clientele for general phone consultation, and initial
consultation is free. Getting the clients educated about the issue(s) at
hand, and being able to give more specific direction as to the next step
in the process to help resolve the issue, goes a long way to minimizing
the anxiety. The less anxiety for the client the more likely they will
be able to more logically (and less emotionally) address the situation
head-on, and get on with the process.
